- How do I book a pickup at a Signature Aviation terminal?
- Enter the terminal as your pickup in the booking card, and add your tail number or flight details under Additional requests. Your chauffeur plans the pickup around your arrival time.
- Which terminal should I choose?
- Choose the airport your aircraft uses: Miami International, Miami Executive, Fort Lauderdale Executive, Boca Raton or Palm Beach. If you are not sure, contact us with your flight details and we will confirm it.
- What if my flight is early or late?
- We plan the pickup around your actual arrival. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing is complimentary; waiting beyond that is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.
- What does the price include?
- Every quote includes your chauffeur, fuel and tolls. 20% gratuity included in the displayed fare. Card processing fee included. You will see the full price before you confirm.
- Can I cancel?
- Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are charged 50% of the fare, and no-shows are not refunded.
